These are only some of the attributes exhibited by Eric. He met me in the driveway of my new house to be and introduced himself, told me what he was going to be doing , and asked me to come along. I was able to ask questions, point out areas of the house I was concerned with and instructed about what he saw as problems and concerns. He typed and printed the home inspection right then and there. He also offered a warranty and stood by his work. We have yet to have any problems with any part of the house after his okay.

I know it was pretty rough for you at the beginning to get the information you need to get out to the property but you didn't give up. It was a pleasure having Eric Worrell of unique inspection at my home for an evaluation of my homes condition.
